Delivery
We pack and post every creature ourselves, within 2 days of your order, weekends included. It travels as a size M parcel to the pickup point or parcel locker nearest to your address, anywhere in Finland.
- Posti — pickup point or parcel locker: €11.90
- Matkahuolto — pickup point or locker: €11.80
That is what the carrier charges us for the parcel, nothing on top. We last checked these against Posti's and Matkahuolto's price lists on 8 October 2026. If a carrier changes its prices, ours follow; the delivery price you see at checkout is the one that applies. You get the tracking code by email as soon as it is on its way.
Changed your mind? 14 days
You can cancel your order within 14 days of picking up the parcel, without giving a reason. Email us at [email protected] with your order number, and send the creature back to us within 14 days of that email. The return postage is yours to pay.
We refund the price of the creature within 14 days of your email, the same way you paid. The delivery you paid is not refunded. We may wait until the creature is back with us before we do.
Please pack it the way it came. Clay chips, and a creature that comes back broken cannot go to anyone else, so we may take that off the refund.
Something not right when it arrived?
Write to us at [email protected] with a few photos and tell us what happened. Every creature exists only once, so there is no twin to send, but we will look at it together and try to figure out how to help.
